Job summary

A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Scaffolding Supervisor to coordinate scaffolding activities within projects. Preference will be given to those with relevant safety certifications.

• Preference for Safety Supervisor or Scaffolding supervisor certificate holders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate work to scaffolding crew.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Planning and allocating work to the scaffolding crew.
• Inspecting scaffolding materials before and after erection.
• Ensuring the stability and safety of scaffolding structures.
• Conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans.
• Maintaining records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work.
• Training new staff on safety protocols and proper scaffolding techniques.
• Liaising with other project supervisors and management to ensure that scaffolding plans align with project timelines and objectives.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 22 Years experience in Scaffolding works.
• Must have valid Driving license “Class 3”
• Must agree to work on after regular works.
• Must work on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday depends on work load.
• Must agree to work shift basis Day/Night (Depends on work Site).
• Safety Supervisor, Scaffolding supervisor certificate holder give preference.
