Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse assistant to maintain stockroom records, support daily operations, and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of construction equipment. The ideal candidate should have secondary education and at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting. This role requires teamwork and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a warehouse environment.
• Hardworking and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Supporting day-to-day store operations.
• Cleaning and inspecting construction equipment.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Supporting the Project Team in coordinating project requirements.

Skills

Good knowledge of construction materials

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Supporting day-to-day store operations.
• Cleaning construction equipment and testing them to ensure functionality
• Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
• Any other Tasks as assigned
• Support the Project Team in the coordinating project requirements.
• Good knowledge of construction materials with tools and machineries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Some Computer Knowledge, and will provide training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse environment.
• Harworking and team player.
