Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable construction site supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure works adhere to drawings, method statements, and safety standards.

You will monitor progress, prepare written reports and site photos, and communicate with the project team on developments and issues. Candidates with at least 2 years on-site experience and the ability to read drawings are preferred; safety training or certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Relevant workplace safety training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure construction works progress smoothly and meet scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors to support efficient site operations.
• Check that construction works are carried out according to drawings, method statements, and safety standards.
• Track work progress and provide regular updates through written reports and site photographs.
• Liaise with the project team on site developments, work progress, and issues requiring attention.
• Support other site-related activities and project requirements when necessary.
