Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage project schedules and oversee carpentry works on site. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in construction, particularly in RC works, and will ensure compliance with statutory codes. This role includes daily planning and implementation of site works to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especially for RC works.
• Experience of medium/large projects for MRT.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis.
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
• Implement carpentry works and inspections.
