Job Description

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical issues related to projects.
• Check the materials and work in progress to ensure compliance with specified requirements and safety regulations.
• Supervise and manage projects
• Lead and coordinate with the clients, sub-contractors, site engineers, site supervisors, project manager and workers to ensure smooth progress of site works.
• Reporting site progress to HQ Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare, plan and submit project documents such as RA, MOS, SWP & etc.
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
