Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Monitor progress and costs to ensure project stays within budget.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Identify potential problems and develop solutions.
- Hire and manage staff and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination:Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Coordinate all activities and workers on site, including subcontractors and laborers.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and surveyors to review plans and ensure project goals are met.
- Budget and resource management:Monitor progress and costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
Manage the selection and ordering of necessary tools and materials.
Forecast project cash flow and maintain financial records.
- Quality and safety:Ensure all work is completed to the required standards and specifications.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety procedures to mitigate risks.
Maintain and promote health and safety on the site for all workers.
- Reporting and communication:Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
Report progress to clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Communicate with external bodies, such as town planners and regulators.
