Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager / Senior Manager in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural.

Job description

Overview

Planning and ensuring correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access. Assisting Project Manager/Project Director to lead the site construction team for smooth execution. Planning ahead to resolve site problems before they impact cost, schedule and quality. Liaising with main-con for site-related submissions. Reviewing equipment/material requisitions. Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site. Day-to-day site management including supervising site labour force and work of subcontractors. Ensuring safe work procedures and environmental control measures. Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate project records and reports. Resolving technical difficulties on site. Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager/Project Director.

Qualifications

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Site Manager / Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
