Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers to ensure timely and efficient task completion
• Develop and provide detailed work schedules for construction teams to optimize productivity
• Assign specific tasks to workers based on project requirements and skill sets
• Liaise effectively with contractors, managers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and communication
• Translate blueprints into actionable construction plans to guide on-site activities
• Organize and allocate equipment and manpower to meet project deadlines and operational needs
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Keep detailed and accurate records of daily construction site activities for reporting and tracking purposes
• Adapt to night shift work requirements as needed to support project timelines
