You will be responsible for directly supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, and driving project milestones to successful completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks aligned with project priorities and goals to ensure timely completion
• Assign specific tasks to construction workers to optimize workforce productivity and project flow
• Develop and maintain employee and project schedules to coordinate resources and activities effectively
• Supervise and train workers to enhance skills, ensure compliance with safety standards, and improve work quality
• Assess and allocate manpower and resources to meet project demands efficiently
• Enforce all safety precautions and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Manage and guide the operation of machinery and equipment to maximize efficiency and safety
• Monitor project expenditure and control costs to keep the budget within approved limits
• Oversee construction activities and progress, planning and monitoring work to meet deadlines
• Schedule tasks in accordance with the master and detailed work programme to ensure smooth workflow
