Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities across all trades and disciplines.
• Schedule work sequences and manpower deployment to meet project timelines.
• Direct and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for instructions and clarifications.
• Track and report work progress; highlight delays and propose solutions.
• Oversee usage and condition of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Identify and resolve technical or manpower-related problems promptly.
• Keep daily records of manpower, materials, work progress, and incidents.
