Candidates should have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction and a minimum of 12 years' experience in BIM coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential for successful project delivery.

The Senior BIM Manager is accountable for leading the implementation and governance of BIM processes across all project stages. The role ensures compliance with standards, effective coordination among stakeholders, and successful digital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and oversee BIM teams on major projects.
• Define, implement, and enforce BIM standards, procedures, and execution plans.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits of BIM models and drawings.
• Oversee BIM software usage and digital collaboration platforms.
• Manage coordination of Architectural, Structural, MEP, and specialist models.
• Lead the review and coordination of shop drawings and as-built submissions.
• Manage consultant and subcontractor submissions and approvals.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Support project and contracts teams on design-related variations.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Preferable 12 years’ experience in BIM and drawing coordination in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
