Job summary

A prominent construction contractor in Singapore is seeking a QAQC Manager to lead quality control across multiple condominium projects. The role requires establishing effective quality systems, conducting inspections, and managing QAQC training sessions. Ideal candidates will have a degree in architectural or structural disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Applicants must also possess a BCA-Approved CONQUAS Manager and Quality Mark Certificate. A competitive salary up to SGD 8,500 with discretionary bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Min. of 5 years’ experience as a QAQC Manager or Assistant QAQC Manager with an A1-grade main building contractor.
• Experience in handling Quality Mark assessments or certification processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee effective in-process quality control systems across approximately 7 ongoing condominium projects.
• Lead project teams in preparation and execution of QM and CONQUAS assessments.
• Conduct daily QA/QC inspections for site compliance.
