Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to manage quality assurance activities for a building project. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in QA/QC documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing quality activities, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with specifications, and preparing reports. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all QA/QC activities for the building project.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on quality-related matters
• Check and verify that the works being implemented on the job site are incompliance with the requirement of latest approved drawings and contract specifications.
• Manage and document quality control processes, including testing and inspection reports
• Collaborate with project managers, and main contractor to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain Project Quality Plan, Management Plan and other Quality records, attend and/or arrange testing activities.
• Compilation of all test reports for submission to the main contractor or related authorities.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports and documentation for management review.

Skill Preferable:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
