Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, build work schedules, and track ongoing expenses to prevent budget overruns.
• Site Management: Oversee daily operations on the building site, coordinate workflow, and ensure materials and equipment arrive when needed.
• Hiring & Subcontractors: Select, hire, and schedule subcontractors, trade specialists, and labor crews.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the main bridge between clients, architects, engineers, and construction crews.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the building project meets local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
