Job summary

OwenElite Construction & Decor in Singapore seeks a delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of high-value residential and commercial projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met.

Reporting to the Principal, you will manage main contractors and specialist subcontractors, chair site meetings, administer contracts (JCT/FIDIC or equivalent), maintain client relationships, and produce monthly reports while tracking risk registers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years site-based construction management experience.
• MCIOB or PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrable experience delivering luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Strong contract administration skills (JCT, FIDIC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction phase with main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Chair site meetings and administer contracts.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the construction phase.
