Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to close-out in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients and stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality while ensuring scope and safety requirements are met.

The role emphasizes guiding project teams, mitigating risks and maintaining a strong Workplace Safety & Health culture. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• Registered member of SPMS/IES or equivalent qualifications approved by authorities.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or building projects.
• Familiar with building plans submission processes with statutory authorities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, QA and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams by assigning duties and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to strengthen capabilities.
• Oversee budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, planning, design, construction and close-out.
• Interface with clients to define scope, cost estimates, cash flow and milestones.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and milestones; drive issue resolution and problem-solving.
• Maintain accountability for WSH standards and safe project delivery.
