Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including documenting the projects with photos
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.
• Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works
• Participate in site meetings with clients/ subcontractor/ suppliers and propose improvements if necessary
• Liaise with clients’ representatives with regards to all site matters.
• Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
• Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment
• In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation
• Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations
• Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite
