A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HDB projects from planning to completion. Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and a degree in a relevant field. The role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience managing HDB or large-scale projects (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of HDB projects — from planning to completion.
• Manage costs, schedules, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.
• Partner with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold BCA, MOM, and client standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
