Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation and completion of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a Degree in Civil Engineering, and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects.
• Experience completing 2 cycles of HDB BTO Project required.
• Strong technical competence in construction.

Responsibilities

• Overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project completion.
• Conduct regular internal and site safety meetings.

Job description

Overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality

• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Assist to Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day to day operations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognised Degree is preferred
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects and / or complete 2 cycle HDB BTO Project.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude
