• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• Manage M&E construction projects ensuring adherence to target schedules.
• Handle design for Electrical and ELV works meeting client requirements.
• Attend project meetings, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare Progress Claims, Materials Submission, Risk Assessments, and Reports.
• Forecast and mitigate potential project risks.

Job description

We are a listed company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following role:

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Electrical and ELV works and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
