Job description

Responsibilities

• In charge of the profitability of the site assigned;
• Assigned task to various workers and supervisors;
• Allocated right man for the right job;
• Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements;
• Monitor the raw material usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost;
• Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around;
• Attend new site sho round when required for new tender participation;
• Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule;
• Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects;
• Make sure that monthly progress payment claim are submitted on time;
• Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is request by architects;
• Posses driving licence to ferry workers from site to site.
