• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget; monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; procure materials, labor, and services; allocate resources.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies; address delays; ensure safety compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead construction teams; collaborate with stakeholders; provide client updates.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality; conduct inspections; ensure standards and materials meet specs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain contracts, change orders, and progress reports; prepare final closure documents.
