in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, safety, and quality. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, monitor schedules and costs, review technical documents, and liaise with clients and authorities to drive smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant construction project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, site operations, and authority requirements.
Able to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings, specs and contracts.
Proactive leadership, planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure on-time delivery, budget control and compliance with drawings, specs and safety standards.
Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and authorities as required.
Prepare programs, monitor progress, and manage costs, variation works and documentation.
Review drawings, method statements, RFAs and technical documents.
Attend meetings and follow up on comments, instructions and actions.
Maintain quality control, site inspections, testing and handover documentation.
