Qualifications

• At least 3 years site experience in Singapore working with a main contractor.
• Must be knowledgeable about the construction sequence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily and monthly progress reports.
• Oversee drawing management to ensure updated drawings are issued.
• Assist project manager in coordination with consultants and quantity surveyors.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to update work progress.
