Job summary

A construction and engineering company in Singapore is looking for a qualified professional to oversee compliance and documentation for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Building/Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include site inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and project monitoring. This position requires the ability to work in Jurong Island and beyond regular hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with statutory acts, regulations, and practices.
• Manage project documents and assign tasks.

• Monitor and coordinate project progress.
• Ensure delivery of project documents by deadlines.

Responsiblities:

• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.
• To manage and responsible for all documents for the project(s) & other works being assigned from time to time.
• Site inspection, Planning and other site activities, etc.
• Ensure and responsible for all safety & compliance of work on site.
• Monitor & Coordinate Project Progress.
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all project documents by deadlines.
• Generate various project document control reports as required.
• Control of all Materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 05 years experiences in relevant field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in Jurong Island
• Ability to work beyond normal working hours (Mon to Sat)
