Job Scope

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate requirements among stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the planning, design, tender, construction, handover, and operationalisation stages.
• Track and update project progress, schedules, and activities for reporting and planning purposes.
• Attend meetings and discussions with stakeholders and project teams, reviewing proposals and providing input to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
• Assist stakeholders in planning, managing, and integrating resources to develop practical and effective solutions in line with organisational objectives.
• Prepare and review presentation materials, reports, and documents to facilitate discussions and follow-ups.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Department Head.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
