Job summary

CES_SALCON PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source, negotiate and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors across construction projects. You will monitor variation orders, control costs and ensure compliance of contractual records with clients and suppliers.

The role requires independent work style, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure while delivering timely budget and cash flow projections, tender documentation, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in handling Contractual Terms & Conditions in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information to managers and clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and coordinate between vendors, sub-contractors and manufacturers.
• Evaluate the strength and resources of each sub-contractor or vendor.
• Attend project kick off meetings, site meetings & client-consultant meetings.
• Monitor all variation order are recorded and claimed.
• Verify cost-control of all sub-contractors or vendors, including contracts and expenses within budget.
• Ensure contractual records with clients and vendors comply to protect company interests.
• Prepare pre- and post-budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documents and final accounts.
• Issue progress claims, certifications, and invoices to clients on timely basis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
