Job summary

A prominent planning consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of tender and construction programs for significant projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 8 years of planning experience. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, mentoring a team, and ensuring program compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant planning experience in large projects (≥ S$100M).
• Strong knowledge of CPM, EOT substantiation, and program governance.

• Partner with Project Managers to monitor progress, resolve constraints, and deliver recovery strategies.
• Oversee program governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all projects.
• Support EOT and variation substantiation, leading time-impact analyses and defending claims positions.
• Present program insights, dashboards, and risk analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor a team of planners to deliver high-quality and timely scheduling outputs.
• Represent the company in planning-related discussions with clients and joint venture partners.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant planning experience in large projects (≥ S$100M) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, EOT substantiation, and program governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
