The role requires a Diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of on-site experience in Singapore, and knowledge of local practices and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office reporting skills are essential to succeed in

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and productivity to optimize site operations.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve quality or safety issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work schedules, and site documentation for project tracking.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate project requirements and approvals.
• Oversee materials delivery and maintain proper site housekeeping to support efficient workflows.

Job Summary
