Position Overview

The Construction Manager for Manufacturing Buildings manages the construction of GMP‑regulated manufacturing facilities, ensuring all works comply with design specifications, cleanroom requirements, and safety standards. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving onsite issues to maintain schedule and cost performance. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and quality teams to support technical validation. It also plays a key role in preparing CTOD packages to achieve mechanical completion.
