Work Schedule

• Days: Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturdays
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: Changi (East Area)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance with engineering drawings and safety standards.
• Manage contractors and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and other departments to resolve project-related issues efficiently.
• Implement and uphold corporate construction policies, ensuring consistency and compliance across projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and site personnel to achieve operational excellence.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Provide regular progress updates and attend project meetings with management.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all construction activities meet ISO and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery — on time and within budget.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently and start immediately or within short notice.
