Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of precast installation works at project sites.
  • Liaise closely with the precast plant to ensure timely production, delivery, and quality of precast elements.
  • Manage and lead site teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth installation progress.
  • Review precast shop drawings, lifting plans, and method statements for constructability and safety.
  • Monitor site progress, track installation targets, and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors on site matters and ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and handover records.
  • Support project cost control through efficient resource utilization and timely reporting of variations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction, ideally with experience in precast installation or precast-related projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of precast components, installation methods, and handling procedures.
  • Familiar with lifting operations, site coordination, and precast erection sequencing.
  • Good understanding of local building regulations, QMS procedures, and workplace safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
