Job summary

A prominent construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction site. Responsibilities include budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring project completion within schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience, and skills in Autocad and MS Project. Experience with government projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Construction Industry.
• Experience in handling government projects will be an advantage.
• Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.

• Assist to manage the budget and estimate costs.

• Assign site tasks and ensure project is completed within schedule

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural, M&E) (Recognised by Professional Engineer board of Singapore)
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in handling government projects will be an advantage
• Possess Autocad and MS Projects skills
