Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers. Resource planning and allocation.
- Site & Progress Management – Supervise site progress to ensure work is on schedule and within budget. Lead site meetings and resolve site issues. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project expenditures. Approve variations, manage claims and cost-saving measures. Coordinate with QS and finance teams on budget forecasting.
- Contract & Compliance – Review and manage contracts, tenders, and procurement. Ensure compliance with safety (WSH), quality, and regulatory requirements (BCA, SCDF, MOM).
- Team & Stakeholder Management – Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff. Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Risk & Issue Resolution – Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans. Resolve project delays, disputes, and technical problems.
- Work Schedule – Six days per week.
