Job Scope

• Manage full lifecycle of large-scale CAPEX projects from initial design to construction and project close-out.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to align project goals.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and serve as company representative in public forums.
• Develop accurate project budgets, cost estimates, and detailed schedules in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
• Enforce compliance with corporate policies, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Maintain thorough documentation including contracts, inspection records, and as-built reports.
• Deliver regular status updates, financial tracking, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering or Equivalent
• 10 Year of Experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience in handling large scale projects
• Experience in Water Works Projects preferred
