Job description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Estimation of Overall Project material requirements
  • Good understanding of ACMV Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.
  • Installation of Chiller, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHU, FCU, Heat Exchangers, CRAC Unit Dry coil, Cooling coil etc.
  • Installation of Chill water system, Condenser water system, Hot water system, Process cooling system for Cold Rooms etc.
  • Liaise with client and Main-cons on all the ACMV activities, meetings and related issues.
  • Carry out and review all the non-conformance reports, defect reports, organize and manage the corrective & preventive actions required to rectify the NCR.
  • Review prepares documented procedure like RA, SWP and Method of statements etc.
  • Responsible for performing multi-tasking activities from supervision of contractor’s activities to installation inspections.
  • Coordinate with sub-cons & site representative to ensure that all installation and inspections related requirements are properly in placed.
  • Handle all documentation, submissions and attend site meetings.
  • Ensure the safety of hazardous areas.
  • Handling technical and engineering issue.
  • Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Construction Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record in managing industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in process plant or petrochemical projects (an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office tools.
  • Familiar with interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site coordination practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making ability.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and team members.
