- Conduct land and engineering surveys required for all phases of construction projects.
- Perform setting out of building grid lines, reference points, and elevations before and during construction.
- Carry out regular alignment and level surveys to monitor construction accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and compile survey data into detailed reports, maps, and CAD drawings.
- Verify that survey data meets project specifications and design tolerances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to provide accurate and timely survey information.
- Maintain, test, and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure precision and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
- Ensure that all surveying works comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on survey-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date survey documentation, reports, and drawings for recordkeeping and handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 3 years of hands‑on site surveying experience.
- Certification or licensure in Land Surveying (Registered/Licensed Land Surveyor) will be an advantage.
