Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and handling strategic HR matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR-related matters.
  • Manage full-cycle payroll for management-level employees.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 junior HR staff.
