The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, work pass administration, and support payroll processing while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, particularly in the construction or engineering sector, is required along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth manpower operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations essential.
  • Adept in managing employee records and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage work pass applications and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
