Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and plans.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain records, report progress to project managers/Director, and communicate any issues or delays on site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar and Drawing.
• Candidate must possess at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/ Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate
• With experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects.
