Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and internal audit with JSOX.
• Experience in full-set accounting operations in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition in construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review accounting operations on projects.
• Prepare cash flow and cost reports with variance analysis.
• Manage project costs with project team and stakeholders.
• Assist in financial reporting to Japan HQ.
• Supervise accounting and admin teams.
• Support tender and bank guarantee management.
