Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Construction Engineer based in Tuas, Singapore.

The role offers a salary up to $4,800 and requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or equivalent engineering field with at least 2 years of related experience. Experience in oil & gas EPC projects is preferred. The job involves coordinating with managers, contractors and consultants, ensuring design meet cost targets, safety, and timely project completion, with career progression

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in oil & gas industries, EPC projects preferred.
• Past contractor partners/working with main contractor would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager on contractors/consultants sourcing, inquiry package issuing, scope clarification, and evaluation & selection.
• Coordinate with OPS, ENG, PSM, EHS and contractors/consultants to ensure design meets cost targets and client requirements.
• Handle issued drawings, MSRA, SWP and ensure proper project documentation management.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise labour and subcontractors, and monitor progress.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety on site.
• Monitor construction cost, progress billing, expenses and variations.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports; arrange progress meetings.
• Ensure execution adheres to tender drawings and coordinate handover per SOP.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.
