Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer to plan and manage resources for building construction electrical works. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in project supervision or electrical contracting and relevant qualifications in electrical or civil engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or Revit is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in project supervision or electrical contracting.
• AutoCAD/BIM/Revit knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execute resource management and control.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants for electrical works.

Project Manager/Engineer

• Arrange and monitor work progress
• Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery

Site Coordinator

• Liaise with Project Manager
• Prepare documents for electrical testing
• Rectify and repair electrical issues at site
• Prepare and submit tender quotations
• Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

Requirements:

• ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Civil engineering or Equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting
• AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
