Job summary

Job Responsibilities

1. Transport Materials & Equipment
   • Safely deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from project sites, warehouses, and suppliers.
   • Load and unload materials when required.
2. Operate Company Vehicles
   • Drive company vehicles such as lorries, tipper trucks, or vans in compliance with Singapore traffic laws.
   • Ensure vehicle is used only for authorized work purposes.
3. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
   • Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tires).
   • Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
   • Keep the vehicle in good working condition.
4. Site Support Duties
   • Assist site supervisors with ad-hoc tasks such as moving materials within the site.
   • Follow site safety rules and attend safety briefings when required.
5. Documentation & Records
   • Maintain delivery records, mileage logs, and fuel usage.
   • Collect and submit delivery orders (DOs) and related documents.
6. Compliance & Safety
   • Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
   • Wear required PPE when entering construction sites.
7. Coordination & Communication
   • Coordinate with site supervisors, storekeepers, and office staff regarding delivery schedule.
   • Inform management of delays or issues affecting deliveries.
8. General Duties
   • Perform other duties as assigned by management related to transport and site operations.
