A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Construction Contracts Manager in Singapore. This role involves heading the Contracts Department, managing pre and post contract functions, and guiding quantity surveyors. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields with at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing tender processes, managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Project Management, Construction Management or similar field.
Possess knowledge in quantity surveying, contracts administration, and dispute resolution.
PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
At least 5 years’ experience in Contracts Administration or Quantity Surveying field.
