Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group is seeking a Connectivity Product Manager for APAC to drive end-to-end connectivity solutions for commercial laundry equipment, from presales to installation and after-sales support. You will lead wifi, cloud, IoT, and payment integration initiatives across the APAC region, collaborating with global and regional teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in IoT/connectivity or technology services, strong technical know-how, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IoT, connectivity solutions, or technology service management.
Strong technical understanding of Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, and payment integration systems.

Responsibilities

Presales & quotation support with technical guidance.
Order & project coordination to ensure timely delivery and installation readiness.
Installation & activation support for connectivity to Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, and payment systems.
Post-sales support and training for customers on digital services.
Business development and strategy collaboration with global and regional teams.
