The ideal candidate thinks in an omni-channel way and works well on dynamic cross-functional teams both in SEA and WW. You’ll inspire frictionless, scalable and innovative customer experiences that deepen connection with the world’s most beloved brand.

Description

As the Connections Planner, you will proactively identify strategic opportunities, both holistic and platform-specific, using relevant insights to solve diverse business challenges. This involves creating briefs at various levels, from high-level go-to-market strategies that align teams around clear objectives to detailed touchpoint innovation opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with PCM and Brand teams to uncover opportunities for developing and deploying holistic strategies.
  • Develop briefs outlining innovative ways to reach customers across new product launches and evergreen experiences, spanning online and offline owned platforms and 3rd-party channel environments.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing thought leadership on customer mindsets, touchpoints, and the customer journey.
  • Design and deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations to build consensus around well-defined customer engagement strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Connections Planning, Communications Planning, Media Planning, Brand Strategy, or Marketing Consulting
  • Samples of strategic deliverables or case studies (i.e. briefs, customer journeys)
  • Experience working with creative teams
  • Experience working across platforms: digital marketing, e-commerce, brand website, social, email and/or physical retail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a large global brand
  • Expertise in consumer technology: hardware, software, services
  • Expertise in Channel marketing (3rd-party retailers, e-commerce platforms and Carriers)
  • Proven track record of collaborating with internal or external strategic counterparts (Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Data Sciences, Consumer Insights, Channel Partner Communications, Interactive, Retail)
  • Developed thought-leadership literature (white papers, articles, presentations) that shifted paradigms around customer engagement models
  • Created templates and frameworks that helped simplify complex concepts and improve overall efficiency of global teams
  • Experience presenting to senior level stakeholders
