Position Information :

• Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
• Working Location : 5 Tuas Ave 5, Singapore 639344
• Salary Package : Basic + AWS + Profit Sharing + AL + Dental Claim + Medical Claim + Group Insurance

What will you be doing?

As a Configuration Technician, you will play a key role in preparing, staging, and configuring IT equipment to meet customer‑specific requirements. This position involves hands‑on technical work, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards to ensure smooth deployment and shipment of hardware.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment for processing, including boxing / unboxing and shifting racks.
• Perform physical audits of equipment and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Label products and cables, and apply asset tags for proper identification.
• Configure and integrate hardware components into network devices according to customer specifications.
• Install, upgrade, and test various equipment such as routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, and video systems.
• Execute functional hardware tests and troubleshoot errors when required.
• Handle cabling, crating preparation, and other shipment‑related tasks.
• Capture logs and documentation for quality checks and compliance.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / ITE certification holder
• Ability to use a handheld computer
• Physically fit, ability to lift 20 to 25 kg
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with basic Excel
• Able to work on different WMS systems
• Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
