Job Description

We invite an experience Secretary to join our Audit Team.


Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the partner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and maintaining confidential files, records, and documents. Assist partner in conducting research and gathering information for reports, presentations and meetings.
  • Assist to coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including internal staff, clients, partners and vendors.
  • Maintaining high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion.
  • Providing miscellaneous support as needed, and other ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess

  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Committed, result driven and self-reflective team player.
