Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, cleaners, and other service providers to ensure the upkeep of common areas and facilities
- Manage budgets, financial records, and service contracts for the condominium
- Communicate effectively with residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating a positive living environment
- Organise and attend meetings with the condominium's management committee
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the condominium's by-laws
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value and appeal of the property.
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to work a 5.5 days work week.
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential condominium sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, service providers, and the management committee
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification.
- Accredited Strata Manager Certification is preferred.
